Power is adjusted in a gas turbine engine by

How exactly is the air flow increased? Is it not the case that to draw more air into the engine, the compressor needs more power which needs more power output from the turbine which means higher fuel flow first.
If the bypass ratio is 0.7:1, the 0.7 pounds of air is
- fed into H.P compressor compared to 1 pound fed around it.
- fed around the engine to 1 pound fed into H.P. compressor.

Could you please give me some explanation about this, i though when you open bleed valve for anti ice the amount thrust decreases hence engine have to burn more fuel to achieve same thrust before bleed valve is opened
