With bleed valves open for anti-ice
- thrust is unaffected.
- thrust decreases, fuel consumption decreases.
- thrust decreases, fuel consumption increases.
Explanation from PART66Online
Opening bleed valves for anti-ice diverts compressor air away from the turbine, reducing mass flow and therefore thrust. To restore the selected power the fuel control adds fuel, so specific fuel consumption increases. Thrust is therefore affected, ruling out the no-effect option.

Could you please give me some explanation about this, i though when you open bleed valve for anti ice the amount thrust decreases hence engine have to burn more fuel to achieve same thrust before bleed valve is opened
