When reconnecting a H.E.I.U , which cable must be reconnected first?
- It makes no difference.
- T before H.T.
- T before L.T.

Can anybody explain why?

You reconnect HT before LT. The simple reason being safety. HT leads carry high current, if the LT lead is disconnected when you are working with HT leads there is no chance of HT electrical shock.
