Yes, it decreases because turbine absorbs gas energy.

Because turbine section is convergent so velocity increase and pressure decrease as well as temperature decrease

previously posted is wrong...i think in combustion the velocity will increase and pressure slightly decrease after combustion chamber the velocity remain increase and pressure decrease at turbine section
