log9 - log3 =
szaim asked · 11 Apr 2012
how's this?
tsukiyo92: When multiple 'individual' log is add/subtract, they can be convert into single log with multiplication/division. Above example: Log 9 - Log 3 (2 individual log) Convert: Log (9 / 3) [minus->divide, plus->multiply] = Log (3)
Log 9 - Log 3 + Log 4 =

How it is Log12 as 9-3+4=10
tsukiyo92: When multiple 'individual' log is add/subtract, they can be convert into single log with multiplication/division. Above example: Log 9 - Log 3 + Log 4 (3 individual log) Convert: Log (9 / 3 * 4) [minus->divide, plus->multiply] = Log (3 * 4) = Log 12

tsukiyo92: Definition: Right angle = 90 degrees Acute Ange < 90 degrees (less than 90 degrees ) Obtuse Angle >90 degrees <180 degrees We need to consider all type of triangle (2D0, total 180 degrees )common: Right Angle Triangle= one 90 degrees , 2 other sum up to 90 degrees Equilateral Triangle= all three corner 60 degrees Since equilateral triangle have no 90 degrees , neither exactly 2 acute angle, so second option is the answer. (which hold true to all type of 2D triangle) Triangle do ATLEAST have 2 acute angle, just draw alot different triangle to figure out yourself. Or mathematical method: (alot of thought, may be confusing) Triangle have 3 corners with total of 180 degrees . Few possibiliy: If you have 1 right angle: 180-90=90 degrees left, so there must be 2 acute angle. If you have 1 obtuse angle,eg.: 180-160=20 degrees , remain 2 angle are acute angle also. If there is no obtuse nor right angle, then remain is 3 acute angle.

What is the depth of water in the tank shown if the volume of water is 4000 litres?
nurhafizah0807 asked · 3 Jan 2013
can someone explain the calculation of this question...i can't get it..thank you so much
trap2307: 1 litre = 1000 cm^3 , 4000 litres = 4,000,000 cm^3 , Volume of water is 4m x 2m x depth, Change to cm 400 * 200 * depth = 4,000,000, Therefore, depth = 4,000,000/(400*200) = 400/8 = 50 cm.
