When an aircraft experiences induced drag
- air flows under the wing spanwise towards the tip and on top of the wing spanwise towards the root.
- air flows under the wing spanwise towards the root and over the top spanwise towards the tip.
- neither of the above since induced drag is not caused by spanwise flow patterns.
please someone explain to me.

Ratiometer pointer movement is achieved by
- one coil providing a torque against a permanent magnet
- two opposing coils providing a torque in a varying magnetic field
- two opposing coils providing a torque in a permanent magnetic field
Do this means ratiometer in permanent magnetic field as in DC?
If AC ratiometer will be in a varying magnetic field?
If angle of attack is increased beyond th e critical angle of attack, the lift coefficient ... and the stagnation point moves...
- decreases; rearward
- increases; rearward
- decreases; forward
Is this a typo? Shouldn't this be seperation point? Stagnation point is infront of the leading edge, it can only move up and down not forward and back.
A force perpendicular to a beam produces what type of stress?
- axial.
- shear.
- radial
i think the answer is tensile stress, becouse its given by force perpendicular to the cross sectional area/cross section area....kindly someone explain to me why SHEAR

somebody explain
With reference to differential aileron control
- drag decreases on the outer wing.
- drag increases on the outer wing.
- drag increases on the inner wing.
why the answer is not drag decrease on the outer wing since when in a roll... drag will increase on the outer wing....
