I chose the correct answer, as confirmed by the notes at the bottom. However, it was marked as incorrect.
AnyaK: Because reaction time is the delay before you respond and alcohol makes that delay longer, answer is A. If it said decreases reaction times that would mean you react faster, which is opposite of what alcohol does.
