Alcohol is a depressant that slows the nervous system, so it lengthens, or increases, both mental and physical reaction times, making responses slower. Saying it has no effect, or that it speeds reactions up, is the opposite of its true depressant action on performance.

Hello.

Please read answers careful.
If you are drunk, you will react on something longer (not so fast) than on normal condition, right? That means what reaction time increased.
