Aramid (Kevlar) fibres combine very high tensile strength with stiffness and good impact/damage tolerance, and being a polymer they are electrical insulators rather than conductors. Unlike carbon fibre they do not cause galvanic corrosion of aluminium, so options pairing aramid with a corrosive effect or with electrical conductivity are wrong.
