Kevlar and Nomex are types of
- glass fibre composite.
- advanced composite.
- aluminium alloy.
Explanation from PART66Online
Kevlar and Nomex are aramid materials, used as high-strength aramid fibre and as honeycomb core respectively, and are classed as advanced composites. They are not glass-fibre products and are organic polymers, so they are not aluminium alloys.
