The question is incomplete! To know the current through C there should be a detail provided about B. Now, with assumption that C=B, note that the same 9Amps main current will flow up to the dividing junction of C and B. Since the resistive values of C ad B are equal, the 9Amps will equally divide between them. Hence the current through C will be 4.5 Amps.
