FIRST FIND OUT THE TOTAL CURRENT IN THE CIRCUIT. USING FORMULA I=V/R
(R is total resistance of circuit)

NOW USE power formula ie, I*I*R
(in this step put the value of R=10K ohm). Tada job done.
