A higher aspect ratio reduces induced drag, so the drag curve and the minimum-drag point move to a lower speed. The speed for minimum drag (best L/D, VimD) therefore decreases. Since induced drag falls rather than rises with greater aspect ratio, the option claiming increased induced drag is incorrect.
