The temperature of a pure metal can greatly affect the resistance of it. What temperature scale is used?

  • Absolute.
  • Centigrade.
  • Fahrenheit.

The temperature coefficient of resistance for metals is conventionally quoted per degree Centigrade (Celsius), referenced to a stated temperature such as 20 C, so resistance-temperature calculations work in the Centigrade scale. Fahrenheit is not used in this work.
