The time constant tau = RC = 1 Mohm * 20 pF = 1 * 10^6 * 20 * 10^-12 = 20 * 10^-6 s = 20 micros. The capacitor is taken as fully charged after about five time constants, so 5 * 20 micros = 100 micros.

Full Charge = 5 * Time constant
Time Constant = R * C = (20 / 10000000000000000) * 1000000 = 20 us
Full Charge = 5 * 20 us = 100 us
