shouldnt it be pi*radius*lenght? 10*3.14*10 ??

Surface area of cylinder is equal to circumference moltiply by height. So C=2*pi*r=d*pi and eight is h, so Surface=2*pi*r*h=d*pi*h=20*3.14*10=628
