Lift increases with air density, and density is greatest when the air is cold, dry and at low altitude. A cold dry day at 200 ft gives the highest density of the options, since heat, humidity and altitude all reduce air density and therefore lift.

The higher altitude the less dense air. less air molecules - less lift.

A cold day is better than a hot one because the cold day has more density in air so more lift, and dry because the wet day decrease engine efficiency
