The number of different radials provided by a ground station is

  • infinite.
  • 180 per quadrant, i.e. 720 in 360 degrees .
  • 360.

Explanation from PART66Online

A VOR radial is defined by a continuously varying phase relationship, so in principle an infinite number of radials surround the station. The figure of 360 simply reflects whole-degree resolution; the underlying bearing information is continuous, not stepped.
