The frequency spectrum of noise is

  • infinitely wide
  • restricted to the audio band
  • restricted to the HF band

Thermal (white) noise contains energy spread essentially uniformly across all frequencies, so its frequency spectrum is theoretically infinitely wide. In practice the receiver's own bandwidth limits how much of this noise is actually passed. The noise itself is not confined to the audio or HF bands; only the receiver's filtering restricts the band of noise that reaches the output.

is it really infinite?I think the normal is from 20hz to 20000Hz
