Aeronautical HF voice uses single-sideband transmission occupying a channel bandwidth of about 3 kHz, which is sufficient for intelligible speech while conserving the crowded HF spectrum. The narrower 1 to 1.5 kHz figures would not pass the full speech band.

The correct answer is 2Khz-29.92Khz and spacing 1Khz
