The versine signal is used in the
- pitch channel only
- roll channel only
- pitch and roll channel
Explanation from PART66Online
The versine (1 minus cosine) term is applied in the pitch channel only, where it compensates the pitch computation as a function of bank angle so that pitch attitude is maintained correctly during turns. It is not required in the roll channel, so it is not used in both.

This is wrong,versine is for roll channel only.
