If governor weight spring pressure is reduced

Explanation from PART66Online

Reducing the governor (speeder) spring pressure lets the flyweights overcome it at the current RPM, so they spring outwards and raise the pilot valve, the overspeed condition. The governor then ports oil to coarsen the blades, loading the engine to reduce RPM back on-speed. Outward weights with coarsening blades is the correct response.

The answer here is wrong. The correct one should be the governor weights will spring outwards raising the governor valve allowing the blades to move to a finer pitch.
