MS20426AD-6-5 indicates a countersunk rivet which has

  • a shank length of 5/16 inch (excluding head).
  • an overall length of 5/16 inch.
  • a shank length of 5/32 inch (excluding head).

Explanation from PART66Online

MS20426 is a 100-degree countersunk (flush) rivet. For countersunk rivets the length figure is the overall length measured including the head, since the head sits within the sheet. Here the second dash number 5 means 5/16 inch overall, not a shank length excluding the head.

6-5 means a diameter of 6/32's and a length of 5/16ths. Diameter first number in 32nds and length second number in 16ths.
