  • By correcting propeller RPM for ambient Air temperature and barometric pressure.
  • By comparing compressor and propeller RPM against a reference figure.
  • By comparing torque meter pressure against a reference figure.

Engine indications vary with the day's conditions, so turboprop performance is assessed by correcting the observed propeller RPM for ambient air temperature and barometric pressure and comparing it with the expected figure. Without correcting for temperature and pressure the raw reading could not be judged against a reference.

C is the wright answer possible as air temp and barometric pressure are constantly changing. Question is asking about the engine assessment which can be dettermind when comparing the actual torque meter pressure against a reference figure.
