Sorry, there was a mistake in answers. I corrected answer and now anything is ok.
Also I want to give explanation for users who don't know how to calculate:
Digital input in binary is 10110, in decimal it is 22. You just need to multiply 0.3 by 22 and result will be 6.6 DC, of course positive.
