The working fluid of a gas turbine engine is

  • gasoline.
  • kerosene.
  • air.

Explanation from PART66Online

The working fluid that is compressed, heated and expanded through a gas turbine is air. Kerosene is the fuel burned to add heat energy to that air, but it is not itself the working medium.
