The coning angle is the angle between the rotor blade (its spanwise axis) and the tip-path plane, formed as lift bends the blades upward about the flapping hinge. It increases with higher lift or lower rotor RPM. It is measured relative to the tip-path plane, not the horizon directly.

I think this is also wrong.It should be horizontal plane and tip oath od the blades.
