Standard sea-level atmospheric pressure under ISA conditions is 1013.25 millibars (hectopascals), equivalent to about 101325 Pa. The figure of 1013 pa is far too small and 1013 bar absurdly large, so the correct expression is 1013 mBar.

this is a standard value used at sea level(zero altitude)
