Module 10. Aviation legislation

Aircraft components require overhauls at times stated in the

  • maintenance schedule.
  • overhaul manual.
  • maintenance manual.

Crystal asking:

Shouldn't it be maintenance schedule since it deals with timings while the manual has maintenance procedures?

TBO (Time Between Overhauls) values established by the design approval
holder (TCH, STC). Since TCH and STC prepares maintenance manuals, I suppose thats how answer cames to "maintenance manual".
