this statement, 'at manufacture then after 2 years then every 5 years after manufacture', cannot be correct because its not every 5 years after manufacture

This question is wrong i provide with " what my book says of my school and i quote."Module 10 – AVIATION LEGISLATION Sub Module 10.4 – Air Operation Level 1 : ircraft exceeding 5700 kg MTOM. Weighting must be carried out after the first two years and then after every five years. Must also be carried out whenever required due to modifications, repairs etc"
