The fundamental frequency of a control cable is 10 Hz, the frequency of the 2nd Harmonic is

  • 10 Hz.
  • 20 Hz.
  • 40 Hz.

Explanation from PART66Online

Harmonics are whole-number multiples of the fundamental, so the second harmonic is twice the fundamental: 2 x 10 Hz = 20 Hz. The 10 Hz option is just the fundamental and 40 Hz would be the fourth harmonic, confirming 20 Hz as the second harmonic.
