   We confirm the licence and the organisation name we will print. If the name needs changing, reply to that email.

3. 3Your copy arrives

   Within 3 business days you receive a private download link to your 17 name-stamped PDF books.

Licence terms

1. 1.LicenseeThe licence is granted to the organisation named at checkout (the “Licensee”).
2. 2.Permitted useThe Licensee may use the Study Notes to train its own trainees and instructors, with no limit on their number, and may print copies and give printed copies to them.
3. 3.The files stay with the LicenseeThe PDF files must be kept on the Licensee’s own systems. They may not be sent to trainees in electronic form, or uploaded to any learning platform, file share or other system that trainees or anyone outside the Licensee can access.
4. 4.No resale or sharingThe material may not be sold, sub-licensed or made available to anyone outside the Licensee. Copyright notices and the Licensee name printed on the pages must not be removed or altered.
5. 5.TermThe licence is permanent for the 2026 edition, for a one-off payment with no renewal. Later editions are not included.
6. 6.OwnershipPART66Online keeps all copyright and other rights in the material. The licence grants the right to use it as set out above, and nothing more.
7. 7.Study material, not an approvalThe Study Notes are self-study material written by PART66Online. They are not EASA-approved course material, and any use within an approved training course is the Licensee’s own responsibility under its approval.
