Every Study Note Can Now Be Watched
Some evenings you want to read a chapter properly, with a pen. Some evenings you have twenty minutes on a train, or you have already read the page three times and it is not going in. The study notes now work both ways.
Every note has a Read | Watch switch at the top. Read is the note as it has always been. Watch plays the same note as narrated slides, section by section, with each point lighting up as it is read out.
All of it, not a sample
Watch is not a handful of showcase chapters. All 296 notes in all 17 modules can be watched today — more than 57,000 slides and more than 400 hours of narration. The slides are built from the note itself: the worked examples, the formulas, the tables and the warnings are the same ones you read, set out one point at a time.
How the player works
- Captions under the slide, on by default, so you can follow without sound.
- Speed from 0.75x to 1.5x, for a difficult derivation or a quick revision pass.
- Full screen, and buttons for the previous and next slide and the previous and next section.
- Read whenever you like. Switch back to Read at any point and the note opens at the section you were watching.
It keeps track for you
The section list beside the player shows how long each section runs, how much of it you have heard, and a tick once you have watched it all. Come back later and a single button picks up where you stopped.
What you hear always matches the note
When we correct a note, the slides for that section are rebuilt from the new text. Until they are, that section shows as Read only rather than playing slides that no longer agree with the page. You will never be read an old version of a note you can see has changed.
Who gets it
Watch is part of Online Access to the study notes — EUR 99.99 for 12 months — at no extra cost. If you already have Online Access, there is nothing to switch on: open any note and use the switch at the top. The Offline PDF books are PDFs, so Watch is online only.
