What is the EASA regulation of the minimum separation between a seat and another seat or structure?

And as far as I know there's no legal requirement set by EASA. The only legal requirement is 90 sec. evacuation rule, which kinda limits operators to decrease leg room, because although there's no legal requirement, seats position still need to be approved.

And distance from one point of the seat to the same point on a next seat is known as pitch. Which ussually is 28-30 inches in cheap airlines.

Man i think this answer is wrong.The correct one is 25mm or 1 inch for pitch between aircraft rails or seats (seat spacing) .
