Stalling speed in a 15 degrees bank level turn is 60kt. The stalling speed in a 45 degrees bank level turn will be
- 70 kts.
- 60 kts.
- 50 kts.
Explanation
Stall speed in a level turn rises with load factor as Vs(turn) = Vs / sqrt(cos(bank)). Taking the 15-degree case as the reference (60 kt), the 45-degree value is 60 x sqrt(cos15 / cos45) = 60 x sqrt(0.966/0.707) = 60 x 1.17 which is about 70 kt. The steeper bank increases load factor, so stall speed increases rather than staying the same or falling.

How do I calculate stalling speed? Please any help will do thanks

In questions like that first you have to calculate stall speed with bank angle 0.
And then you can calculate stall speed for 45 degrees bank angle.
As in 15 degrees stall speed increase is very small, regular stall speed will be around 59kt. At 45 degrees stall speed factor is 1.19 so stall speed will be 59 * 1.19 what equals around 70kt.
Here is good article with formulas what explains everything: http://www.experimentalaircraft.info/flight-planning/aircraft-stall-speed-1.php
