The RMS value of 200 volts peak to peak is
- 127.4 volts.
- 70.7 volts.
- 141.4 volts.
Explanation
200 V peak-to-peak means a peak of 100 V. RMS = 0.707 * peak = 0.707 * 100 = 70.7 V. The 141.4 V option wrongly multiplies the peak by sqrt 2, and 127.4 V has no valid basis for a sine wave RMS.

RMS value = 0.707 * Peak.
Peak = 1/2 of peak to peak.
So peak = 200 / 2 = 100 volts.
RMS = 100 & 0.707 = 70.7
Peak = 1/2 of peak to peak.
So peak = 200 / 2 = 100 volts.
RMS = 100 & 0.707 = 70.7
