What deviation is indicated by 2 dots in a VOR system?

  • 2.5 degrees .
  • 6 degrees .
  • 10 degrees .

Explanation from PART66Online

On a VOR course-deviation display each dot represents a fixed angular off-course value of about 5 degrees from the selected radial, with full-scale deflection at roughly 10 degrees. Two dots of deviation therefore corresponds to about 10 degrees off the selected course. The smaller values would apply to the tighter ILS localiser scaling, not VOR.

2 dots equals 4 degrees. Each point represent 2 degrees and full deflection is 10 degrees
