  • 2 * 10^3 volts.
  • 2 * 10^4 volts.
  • 2 * 10^5 volts.

Explanation

The prefix kilo means 1000, so 200 kilovolts = 200 * 1000 = 200,000 volts. In standard form that is 2 * 10^5 volts. The lower powers (10^3, 10^4) would only give 2000 or 20,000 volts.
