In an integrated circuit, the components are mounted
- by metal screws.
- by metal oxide film.
- by means of wires connecting them.
funcaul asking:
Please kindly explain. Also can I get a link or material where I can read up on all the modules.thanks.

My opinion the answer is Definitely wrong!
The accepted aircraft definition for an integrated circuit is that it consists of elements inseparably associated and formed on or within a single substrate (mounting surface). In other words, the circuit components and all interconnections are formed as a unit. You will be concerned with three types of integrated circuits: monolithic, film, and hybrid.

I agree. This answer is incorrect. The whole idea of an IC is to get rid of wires and squeeze as many components as possible into as small a space as possible. Wires wouldn't be physically possible.

There is a similar question like this where the correct answer is metal oxide film
