how will it give the stall warning for speeds which are higher thatn the stall?If this happens we will already have stalled.I think the correact asnwer should be for speeds bellow the stall speed.In order to indicate the pilot that he should decrease his speed not to reach the stall.

i also think this is wrong.The aircraft is not airworthy is it doesnt have a CVR .Especially when we are talking about civil aviation which the licenses refer to.
