May be the down going mobes further than yhan up going aileron is true

the best explanation is that the up going aileron for example when the aircraft tries to turn to the left by lowering the left wing down,the right wing and the aileron on it,move on a higher angle and thus,moving "further" .The best answer would be "moving in a bigger angle" .
