Rotor torque is dependant on engine torque so in this context it is the same. But "provide normal directional control" is more appropriate than "rapid turn facility"

i agree with edya but to be more correct between the 2 answers counteract main rotor torque is more correct and to the point than engine torque.So even if you have a question without the next sentence,you should pick the counteract main rotor one.
